CAN I RETURN MY T-SHIRT?

Changed your mind?

  • Our t-shirts are individually printed to order; therefore please be particularly careful when choosing your design and size.  
  • If you notify us of your wish to withdraw your purchase before we dispatch your item/s, we will cancel your order and return your payment as soon as possible.
  • If you wish to exchange your t-shirt, please make sure your t-shirt is unworn, and in the condition you bought it, fit for resale.  Your replacement will be sent when the t-shirt has been received at Scarf Monkey Ltd.
  • If your t-shirt is faulty, your return will be processed when the t-shirt has been received at Scarf Monkey Ltd, or an acceptable photograph of the fault has been received. 
  • If you wish to return a t-shirt that is not faulty, please ensure the t-shirt is in a clean, unworn and resaleable condition.  Your refund will be processed once the item has arrived at Scarf Monkey.
  • We will endeavour to process your refund or replacement the following working day (Monday to Friday).

UK Returns:

  • Email us on emma@scarfmonkey.com and receive your returns confirmation email.
  • If your t-shirt arrived damaged, include a photograph of the faulty part of the t-shirt with your email.  If the fault is clearly visible, you may not need to return the t-shirt to receive your refund.
  • If requested, re-package your t-shirt in a waterproof envelope. You may be able to re-use the original mailing bag for this.
  • Ensure your name, address and order number are included inside the envelope with the t-shirt on the relevant section of the returns label.
  • We will send you a returns label.
  • Affix the return address label to the outside of the package, put the paper invoice with your details inside the parcel with your returned item/s.
  • Take your parcel to any Royal Mail counter. You will need to pay for postage. 
  • If your t-shirt was damaged, and we requested you return the t-shirt to us, we will refund your postage.  Please check that we have requested the return before posting.
  • Please note we are not liable for any loss or damage of your returned goods. 

International Returns:

  • Email us on emma@scarfmonkey.com and receive your returns confirmation email.
  • If possible, include a photograph of the faulty part of the t-shirt.   If the fault is clearly visible, you may not need to return the t-shirt to receive your refund.
  • If requested, re-package your t-shirt in a waterproof envelope. You may be able to re-use the original mailing bag for this.
  • Use a respected delivery service to send your parcel.
  • You will need to pay postage.
  • It is preferable to use a tracking system for your parcel, as returns cannot be processed until the parcel has arrived.
  • Please note we are not liable for any loss or damage of your returned goods.
