CAN I RETURN MY T-SHIRT?

Changed your mind?

  • Our t-shirts are individually printed to order; therefore, t-shirts cannot be returned once they have been dispatched, unless they are faulty.  As such, please be particularly careful when choosing your design and size.  
  • If you notify us of your wish to withdraw your purchase before we dispatch your item/s, we will cancel your order and return your payment as soon as possible.
  • If your t-shirt is faulty, your return will be processed when the t-shirt has been received at Scarf Monkey Ltd, or an acceptable photograph of the fault has been received. 
  • We will endeavour to process your return the following working day (Monday to Friday).

UK Returns:

  • Email us on emma@scarfmonkey.com and receive your returns confirmation email.
  • If possible, include a photograph of the faulty part of the t-shirt.  If the fault is clearly visible, you may not need to return the t-shirt to receive your refund.
  • If requested, re-package your t-shirt in a waterproof envelope. You may be able to re-use the original mailing bag for this.
  • Print and complete the returns label sent in your return confirmation email, or request a new one by email.
  • Ensure your name, address and order number are included inside the envelope with the t-shirt on the relevant section of the returns label.
  • Affix the return address label to the outside of the package, put the section with your details inside the parcel with your returned item/s.
  • You do not need to pay any postage.
  • Take to any Royal Mail postage counter.
  • Please note we are not liable for any loss or damage of your returned goods. 

International Returns:

  • Email us on emma@scarfmonkey.com and receive your returns confirmation email.
  • If possible, include a photograph of the faulty part of the t-shirt.   If the fault is clearly visible, you may not need to return the t-shirt to receive your refund.
  • If requested, re-package your t-shirt in a waterproof envelope. You may be able to re-use the original mailing bag for this.
  • Use a respected delivery service to send your parcel.
  • You will need to pay postage.
  • It is preferable to use a tracking system for your parcel, as returns cannot be processed until the parcel has arrived.
  • Please note we are not liable for any loss or damage of your returned goods.
